- $60.23 per hour (including super)

- ASAP start with contract until 27th Jun 2021
Our client, a large NSW government organisation, is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable HR/WHS Advisor to assist in the management and implementation of WHS and injury Management (IM) initiatives. This is great opportunity to work in a strong HR team within the pubic sector.
Key accountabilities
- Coordinate and implement a range of initiatives to support Injury Management services
- Deliver case management for workers compensation claims, and develop and implement return to work plans
- Provide advice and facilitation of referrals for independent medical assessments
- Contribute to regular reporting on IM data and performance metrics
- Provide day to day advice and communications to relevant stakeholders regarding current initiatives, status and implementation issues
- Contribute to the development an review of IM processes to ensure gov't policy and legislative requirements are met
- Assist in the preparation of a range of IM program related documents as instructed
- Assist in managing and implementing IM processes and projects
Applicant requirements
- Proven experience in a WHS role with a strong focus on IM
- Tertiary qualifications and training specialising in WHS or IM
- Experience in large or government organisation
