JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is an established Project Home builder in Western Sydney. They have a strong reputation for delivering quality homes. Working in the design team you will be responsible for producing accurate Drawings and a positive customer experience. We are searching for a driven and passionate Draftsperson looking for their next opportunity.

The Duties:
  • Responsible for producing accurate working Drawings including completed site plans, updating plans for mark ups/Amended Plan and Final Plan Review
  • Working on drawings and tender variations in a timely manner in accordance with current Building regulations, company process and policy.
  • Accountable for interpreting tender documents, in conjunction with council and supply authority documents
The Person:
  • Sound knowledge of building methods and regulations. At least 3+ years of experience as a Draftsperson using ArchiCAD or REVIT working for a high volume Project Home Builder
  • ArchiCAD or REVIT proficiency is essential
  • Diploma of Design and Drafting or equivalent
  • You enjoy problem solving, being challenged and you have an excellent work ethic
