The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior or Principal level 12D Designer to join their growing team. Over recent months they have seen their pipeline of work go from strength to strength and have plans to double the size of the business over the next 2-3 years.

The Responsibilities

This is a senior technical delivery role, and as such will not involve direct people management. You will be the lead technical designer on projects and will have a high level of client and internal stakeholder interaction.

You will act as a mentor to junior staff, but will have the freedom to concentrate on project delivery, with day to day management handled by another lead designer.

The Requirements

For this industry leading role you will be able to demonstrate:

• Advanced 12D Design skills
• Proven delivery of a range of projects across the land/urban development sector, with additional RMS experience highly sought after
• Experience working for an Australian engineering design consultancy with NSW experience key
• The ability to work closely with all stakeholders - both internal and external - to deliver high quality designs
• Full working rights in Australia
