About your Role

Hastings Deering is currently recruiting for an

Applications Architect

to join our inclusive IT Team and support our architecture and design services for our Sime Darby Industrial (SDI) digital and enterprise systems. This is a

12-month fixed term

, Monday to Friday role, located in Acacia Ridge. Occasional travel to our South Brisbane office is also required.

This role will work closely as part of the Digital Delivery Team to support enterprise applications, integration systems and the broader architecture team. You will be involved in the designing and governance of SDI’s integrated solutions, around the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX, third party applications and Azure Cloud Platforms. Reporting to the

Executive Manager - Digital Product Delivery

, you will support our Delivery Managers with the development and integration of conceptual, logical and physical architecture.


About you

You will have extensive experience working in a technology role requiring architecture development as well as working in an ERP environment with integration to a on premise and cloud third party solution. Tertiary qualifications in IT or Business and

TOGAF9

certification or equivalent certifications are

essential.

 You are an innovator, solution focused with exceptional business communication and presentation skills.

If you also have previous experience as a Business Analyst and/or Architecture role, along with Orbus iServer, MS Visio and MS SharePoint systems knowledge, your application will be

highly regarded.
