JOB DESCRIPTION
Inspired Built are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their family of dedicated and hardworking employees. Working on Medium Commercial and Large Residential Projects.
Required attributes –
· Trade qualified, with experience in the construction industry essential
· Computer literate and proficient with emails
· Great communication skills and a can do attitude
· Comfortable interacting with clients and professionally representing the business
· Able to motivate and lead a team to get the job done on time with no defects
· Resilient and adapts quickly to solve problems
· Successful track record in delivering projects on time and to budget (provide examples)
· Current driver’s license
· Promotes safety awareness, interacting with staff and key stake holders
