About the business

Xclusive Roofing are a small - medium residential roofing company based in Cranbourne South, servicing all over Melbourne. We cater for all aspects of roofing including, re-roofs, metal, tiles & fascia & gutter.

Due to the volume of work we are taking on, we are seeking a qualified roof plumbing supervisor to join our team.

The role includes

• Measuring all types of metal roofing & flashings;

• Project management including managing & coordinating trades and suppliers & establishing a reliable trade base/network

• The use of management skills, IT and administration.

• Communication between a diverse customer group 

• Leading & teach new supervisors / employees.

Skills and experience

The successful candidate must have / be / able to:

• A qualified, roof plumber with experience in measuring all types of metal roofing & flashings; experience in a similar supervisory role with a strong trade background

• Solid project management skills including experience in managing & coordinating trades and suppliers & establishing a reliable trade base/network

• Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients & trades 

• Strong time management, IT and administration skills

• The ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer group and deliver excellent customer service

• An eagerness to learn and be a part of a supportive team

• The ability to lead & teach new supervisors / employees.

• Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations

• A thorough understanding of Australian building and WHS regulations and quality assurance systems

• Complete inspections and appropriate paperwork

• A thorough understanding of Australian building and WHS regulations and quality assurance systems

• A white card 

• A valid driver's licence

• Experienced with ServiceM8 (scheduling app) a bonus but not essential
