Advanced Electrical Services and Solutions Pty Ltd has been servicing the Toowoomba and South West Queensland region since our inception in 2004.

We have an opportunity for a qualified, highly motivated and experienced Electrician to join our great team.

As a successful candidate you will be able to use your service & maintenance skills to provide quality outcomes in commercial and residential environments in accordance with industry best practice.

You will need to be competent at testing & verification of installations & have the ability to work with apprentices & operate in a small team environment, and independently as required.

We are a family based business with a high standard of workmanship and a reputation for developing quality tradespeople & apprentices. We have a working Director whom is always out and about assisting the team or looking after client installations.

Qualifications & experience

• 12months + as an electrical tradesman.
• Customer service focussed & a real team player
• A teacher for our electrical apprentices, but be humble enough to learn from the other team members
• Previous experience managing others would be advantageous
• Previous experience in Airconditioning and Maintenance would be advantageous, but not necessary.
• CPR & LVR
• Experience in new building installations and the ability to interpret drawings

Tasks & responsibilities

• Residential and small Commercial Electrical Installations
• Installation of Smoke Alarms and associated wiring systems
• On Call 1-2 weeks per month as required
• Availability to work away from time to time as required
