O'Sullivan Civil Contractors Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage large civil infrastructure projects.

Must have a minimum of five years verifiable experience performing the following - 

• Overseeing and co-ordinating project operations
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Working with clients, employees and contractors to answer questions, disseminate or explain information
• Taking orders and addressing complaints, sourcing orders and overseeing delivery and storage of materials and supplies 
• Completing work schedules
• Managing calendars and arranging appointments
• Processing and preparing documents such as tenders, contract bids, local government forms and expense reports
• Submitting plans and other documentation to local authorities as required and overseeing all related requirements
• Representing the company on site to oversee the planning and management of current projects
• Co-ordinating activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications and regulations and to ensure proper techniques and materials are used according to contract specifications
• Maintaining records 
• Resolution of complaints or onsite problems

This is a full time permanent position with a starting salary of $100,000
