JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a young company specialising in the refurbishment and soon to be operating ex-British Military jet aircraft. Our reputation is built on honesty, reliability, quality and safety. We provide aviation maintenance needs with professionalism, attention to detail and a genuine passion for aviation. We are looking for 2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (Mechanical) Unlicensed that have had over 9 years’ experience on Military Jets. To apply for this position, you must have a strong understanding of logistics, be able to work autonomously, understand spares and associated equipment, be able to maintain and repair aircraft structures and have experience on Hawker Hunter and BAC 167 Strikemaster aircraft. We are offering $60K depending on experience.
You will be required to;
• Dismantle, inspect, test, repair and reassemble aircraft engines, hydromechanical and flight system components,
ancillary motors and engine accessories and subassemblies of airframes and aircraft components
• Inspects, tests, repairs and installs aircraft hydromechanical and flight system components
• Replace and test aircraft oxygen system components
• Assemble parts and subassembly of aircraft
• Conduct routine pre-flight inspections of engines, airframes and mechanical systems
• Maintain records of action taken
