Location: Dubbo & Central NSW
Contract type: Contract
Salary:
30 - 40 hours per week on site
Effectively manage workforce daily
Resilient & self motivated
Spinifex Recruiting are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to assist in the delivery of a commercial project in Wellington, NSW.
You will be required to work Thursday - Saturday, minimum 10 hour days. Immediate start
Key responsibilities include:
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of contractual requirements;
Resolving problems and conflict arising within the crew;
Liaising with the client to ensure that their requirements are met;
Effectively managing resources day to day
Understanding and assisting in HR & IR related enquiries
Complete accurate and timely reports for senior management daily
To be successful you will require
Previous supervisory experience on commercial projects
Experience in workforce management and assisting with IR & HR related and enquiries
Have proven strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as systems and reporting knowledge
Self-motivated and reliant self-starter
