JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently partnered with a major residential builder who are located in the heart of Port Melbourne. With a large pipeline of work across medium density, greenfields & single/double detached dwellings; The drafting department is looking to add a senior product development drafter to the business.

Reporting to the Drafting Manager, you will need:

  • 5 + years experience as a drafter working on product development or masters drawings
  • You must be proficient with ArciCAD or Revit software
  • Review precise drawings and identify potential clashes
  • Structural knowledge across Concrete, structural steel, Timber
  • Strong foundation of building codes and building regulations
