A site supervisor with strong communication skills and a trade qualifications is urgently required for an established construction organisation with over 34 years experience

The Company
Well know as a savvy forward thinking organisation where management have an open door policy and the environment is nothing but collaborative and timeline focused, the business has various arms under the trading name and it is here that the residential minor works is growing at such a rapid rate they are in need of another Site Manager/Supervisor.

The Role
Managing up to 20 minor works at a time from $5K up to $250K, it will require expert time management, ability to quickly and concisely relay directions, trouble shoot, all while ensuring timelines are being met and worked within budget.

About you
You are trade qualified, you have nothing short of 5 years experience within the residential construction arena. You have proven communication skills coupled with the abilities to multitask. You have strong database management skills and are able to record and keep key stakeholder up to date via correct data input daily using the companies ERP system. You will have a passion for renovation, and remedial work, and thrive motivating the team while your day will be 80% of the time autonomous

  • Have completed a tertiary qualification in a building related course.
  • Demonstrated capabilities delivering an assortment of projects.
  • Be responsible for an understanding of industry costs & time frames required for repairs.
  • Proven time management, communication and presentation skills
  • Lead by example with a "can do Attitude”.
