About The Role

Service Stream’s Utilities division are currently seeking an Electrician to join our SA Power Networks team. Reporting directly to the Account Manager, you will be responsible for performing disconnections, re-connections, final reads and contestable reads on behalf of the client in a safe, accurate and timely manner. Based in the Yorke Peninsula, this position offers ongoingemployment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all reads are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure that areas in and around the meter are left in a safe manner posing no safety threat to members of the general public
• Ensure that all incidents including customer contact, faulty equipment and safety are reported to management
• Ensure that disconnections/re connections are completed in a safe and professional manner
• Other Ad hoc duties as required

• Specific knowledge of OH&S policies and practices
• Demonstrated knowledge coupled with practical skills of meter reading
  
  

• A Grade Electrical Licence
• Up to date First Aid certificate
• OH&S Training
• Driver's licence with good driving record
• Police Clearance issued within last 6 months
