Your primary duties will include:

• Gardening ( mowing trimming weeding watering blowing etc)
• General maintenance of building and facilities
• Performing manual handling, lifting and labour tasks
• Basic repairs (e.g. taps)
• Outside cleaning ( scrubbing, mopping, wiping glass, cleaning amenity, dusting, etc.

. Driving (driver licence required)

• Other specific projects when required
• Tidying warehouse if required
• The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to work, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Also:
• Have the ability to work autonomously
• Show confidence and maturity in communication
• Display appropriate safety awareness

Trade background and qualifications are not essential. Previous experience in a similar position will be favourable or experience with Handy Man works.

Its 3 day job from Tue, Wed and Thur. Hours are flexible on request.
