JOB DESCRIPTION
We have an opportunity for a Project Civil Engineer / Civil Supervisor to work on a major Solar Farm project in regional northern New South Wales.
The initial first few months of project will be based in Brisbane (office) and as the project ramps up there will be a DIDO roster to the Armidale site. Upon the project's completion, it is anticipated that there will be additional renewable projects to follow.
Experience constructing sub-stations is preferred however experience on similar construction projects will also be looked upon favourably. The role will initially require you to review project designs, then be involved in contractor selection, followed by supervision of the work execution.
Brisbane-based residents are strongly encouraged to apply and will be given preference.
To be successful you will have the following:
Relevant tertiary qualifications (degree in Civil Engineering) (preferred but not essential)

- Ability to undertake final design reviews
- Experience in selection and supervision of subcontractors
- Experience working on solar farms or renewables is advantageous
- Ability to manage subcontractors and a strong appreciation for safe work practices
- Experience constructing power infrastructure or substation construction (preferred)
- Ability to review and monitor ITP's and project QA
