Extreme Mining Services is seeking another Trades Assistant to join their Moranbah operations.

This opportunity is a Permanent, Full-time, Residential Role in a great town.

Monday to Friday - 10-12 hour days - overtime available

Immediate start for the right candidate.

The Role:

· Assisting Trades - grinding, painting, set up jobs

· General cleaning, maintenance and yard duties

· Preparation and Spray Painting of a variety of different Mining Equipment (Having Abrasive Blasting and Painting experience would be beneficial but is not essential)

· Assist in maintaining inventory and stock controls

Skills & Experience:

· Current Driver’s Licence is required

· Forklift License an advantage

· HR/MR Licence is preferred or must be prepared to obtain

· Must have good communication and listening skills

· Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude towards work productivity and safety

· Hands-on attitude and attention to detail in all aspects of operations, equipment cleaning and maintenance

· Good time management and organisational skills

· Willing to learn new skills

· Must be able to work on your own and as part of a team

*Must be able to pass Drug & Alcohol Screening (Required)

To be considered for this role you will need to either be a non-smoker or be able to go 10-12 hour shifts without smoking, be clean shaven or be able to shave when required. These are on and off-site OHS Requirements and are non-negotiable.

Salary: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
