The successful candidate in this role will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance for Health Care Business Group ANZ, deploying and adopting Global Healthcare QMS.

Key Responsibilities:

* Local deployment and adoption of Global Quality procedures and processes
* Responsible for managing outsource manufacturers and repackers, including but not limited to:
* Design transfer and change management
* Product documentation and records
* Reviewing certificate of analysis and release for supply
* Annual Product Quality Review
* Coordinate effective resolution of customer complaints for fully imported and locally manufacture health care products and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Managing and coordinating Supplier Audits and Internal Audits program, including conducting risk assessment and resource prioritization and carrying out audits
* Developing and establishing QMS process and product specifications documentation, ensuring alignment to global requirements
* Creating and improving more lean and standardized various quality processes
* Conducting various educational and training sessions for Sales & Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain, etc.
* Leading and coordinating team for recalls and field actions activities in timely manner
To succeed in this role, the successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

Key Criteria:

* Graduate qualification in Science, Engineering or other related fields
* Prior experience and strong knowledge of quality compliance for pharmaceutical and medical device industry
* Strong computer skills in QMS software and SAP environment
* Qualified QMS auditor with excellent attention to detail
* Strong inter-personal skills particularly om facilitating and influencing
* Able to focus and prioritize work to achieve business priorities by utilizing good organization and planning skills
