What will you be doing?

Joining our dedicated Field Systems team, your role will be client site focused with you providing exceptional onsite technical support to our established clients within the SME & Education Sector throughout Sydney. You will work to resolve 1st to 3rd Line issues efficiently and effectively providing solutions across a range of managed services including Servers, Networking, User Support, Systems Maintenance and Project work ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.

We need you to have:

• Minimum 3 years’ Service Desk with 2 years’ experience in Field Engineering/ End-User Support.
• MSP background ideal
• Confidence when attending client site’s unsupervised
• Ability to understand, diagnose & resolves complex switching issues
• Manage and Support Microsoft Environments (W10, Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365) & Apple environments (macOS & iOS).
• Support & Maintain Backup Solutions
• Experience within Virtualisation & Cloud hosted platforms
• Anti-Virus & Remote Access solution delivery
• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills to ensure high quality service delivery with a personable feel
• Personable qualities with a Client & Resolution focused mindset
• Australian Citizen / PR
• Australian Driver’s License & Vehicle

• Industry Certification (MCSA / MCSE/ CCNA/ VCP)
