In this role, your time will be spent shifting left. You'll be working as part of an agile squad, guiding engineers towards continuous delivery and quality best practice.

As an Engineer in Test, you'll be responsible for:

• Being the voice of quality
  
  

• Identifying, highlighting and implementing quality improvements across product, process and culture 
  
  

• Coding alongside engineers, deploying to test and production environments (as often as we like!)
  
  

• Putting a lot of focus on code review and peer testing
  
  

• Working in small autonomous Agile squads
  
  

• Providing guidance to other engineers, instilling a strong focus on security and quality
  
  

• Up-skilling across DevOps, React, WordPress and other areas of our stack
