JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Perth CBD and WA regional
Experienced full time Formwork Carpenter wanted for regional work.
Relevant Trade Certificate III in carpentry or equivalent work experience required minimum three years’ trade carpentry experience.
Must have own transport and tools and current police clearance.
The right candidate must be reliable, flexible and hardworking with a full knowledge of all OH&S practices. Ability to construct /install concrete formwork. Erecting framework and preparing sub-flooring. Assembling ceiling joists and rafters to construct roof framing. Nailing pre-fabricated roof trusses in to place. Sheathing roofs and fitting exterior wall cladding to enclose structures. Fixing frames around windows and doors. Installing prefabricated units and other structures. Work with drawings and specifications to determine the materials and procedures. Cutting materials with hand and power tools. Minimum $60,000-$70,000 per annum plus allowances/expenses.
