We are hiring - Apply Now to be our new Trades Assistant

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a wallpaper installation specialist as a Painter / Trades Assistant with painting experience. The role is based on the Sydney Northern Beaches with jobs all over Sydney.

Business is booming and a vacancy has opened up for a Labourer to assist on daily wallpaper installation jobs, with a view to learning the trade and being assigned your own jobs down the track.

Essential skills & requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Genuine interest in learning a trade

• Comfortable working at heights (up to 5 metres)

• Flexibility to work evenings & weekends if required

• High attention to detail

• Full driver’s licence with access to own vehicle, or ability to travel to and from Brookvale base location

Desirable skills & interests

• Cert III in Painting and Decorating and painting experience

• Social media skills

• Interest in interior design & staging

Duties:

Responsible for helping and supporting tradespeople and assisting with maintenance of worksites and equipment. Assisting in wallpaper installation.

Salary: $34,580.00 – $44,686.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend

Experience: Painting: 1 year (Preferred)

Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours
