Estimator required for Multidisciplinary Civil Contractor based in Brisbane.
 
 
The Client You will be working for a growing Civil Contractor based in Brisbane with multiple projects across South East Queensland. The company works on a mix of civil projects with values up to $20M. The company wins a lot of repeat work due to their quality of work.
 
The Role and Responsibilities You will be estimating a mix of civil projects in Queensland

• Reviewing scope of works, tender and contract documentation to identify risks and cost effectiveness
• Preparing estimates and submitting tenders
• Prepare Construction methodologies and programs
• Liaise with and develop relationships with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors

Requirements

• 4+ years of Australian experience in Civil Construction
• 1 + years of experience estimating
• Experience estimating projects from $500k - $15m preferred
• Experience on a mix of civil projects preferred
• BSc in Civil Engineering highly regarded
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong IT skills
