G2 Legal are working with one of Australia’s leading construction and property law practices, with their key clients being the largest players in Australia’s real estate market.
Due to continued growth our client has an opportunity for a reputable Construction Lawyer, with exposure in both front and back end construction matters, to join their well-established and resourced legal team based in Melbourne. You will join a solid team who have a strong client base and a solid pipeline of front and back end work, including infrastructure, construction and development. This role will see you preparing and negotiating all types of agreements, contracts and documents for building and engineering projects, as well as dispute resolution in all relevant tribunals.

Responsibilities:

• Front and back end construction work.
• Preparing and review contractual documentation for a wide variety of complex projects.
• Drafting.
• Preparing and negotiating agreements, contract and documents for building and engineering projects.
• Dispute resolution.
• Mentor junior Lawyers.

Requirements:

• 4+ years PQE with training/experience gained in the construction practice of a reputable law firm.
• Bachelor of Law and Australian practicing certificate (or eligible).
