About The Role.

• 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
• Competitive Market Rate Salary package for an Intermediate Estimator.
• Perform take offs, obtain competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Deliver creative and efficient solutions procurement, subcontractor and supplier challenges.
• Work with the other estimator and procurement officer to ensure the best possible price, quality and lead times.
• Work with the wider project teams also.
• Ability to build a project logically in your head.
• Ability to decipher and read plans.

About You:

• You will be a qualified Construction Professional (CERT IV minimum in estimating).
• A solid, few years of achievement in commercial construction (for a Main Building Contractor).
• Must be competent in CUBIT Software.
• If you come from a trade background or have spent significant time on construction sites that will be an advantage.
• Ability to use Bluebeam or similar software also an advantage.
