Their build area spans across the north, west, south-east and bayside regions of Metropolitan Melbourne. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in operating as a Sales Estimation whilst supporting production and Master BOQ's:

Day to Day will include but not be limited to:

• Complete full take-offs quotes for projects, sales costings and assist Production Master BOQ's.
• You will take ownership of files you have been allocated including driving outcomes amongst your colleagues in a positive and collaborative manner.
• Working in close collaboration with other departments in operations, sales and construction
• Participating in business improvement efficiencies & product development

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 4+ Years Demonstrated Experience in a Sales & Production Estimating role
• Experience in Databuild software package will be an advantage
• Understanding of the Victorian Residential Construction Market
• Be highly organised, efficient, have excellent communication skills, along with the ability to meet strict deadlines;
• A strong eye for detail with an analytical approach
