Your new role
This role will see you utilise your knowledge and expertise to evaluate and issue building applications to ensure they are compliant with the associated building legislation, codes and standards. You’ll be providing regulatory consultation with building applicants as well as conducting site inspections to ensure building compliance.

What you'll need to succeed
You’ll need to be a registered building survey, either recently graduated or experienced. Along with your accreditation, you’ll need a proven knowledge of the building act, regulations and Australian standards and their practical application. You’ll need a flexible, can-do attitude with a very strong customer-centric approach. In addition to your technical strength and great character, you’ll need strong computer and interpersonal skills.
