THE ROLE/S

* Full Time AND Part Time roles on offer
* Complete onsite mandatory inspections for residential buildings to ensure compliance of building work with the relevant building permits and legislative requirements
* Maintain active Victorian Building Authority (VBA) registration
* Undertake inspections of building enforcement matters
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
* Company Vehicle + Phone + iPad provided for role

ABOUT YOU

* Have relevant and recent work experience (demonstrate within a workplace setting/post certifications)
* Clear understanding of WHSE/OHS practices
* Have a willing and positive attitude
* Be 'tech savvy' (highly desirable as all works are completed paperless!)
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

* Active Registration with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA)
* Have a current (unrestricted) Australian Drivers Licence
* Be able to work efficiently in an autonomous role
