Established stone fabricating company - Bravvo, seeks a full time, self-motivated and experienced Architectural Draftsperson to support our production team.

Your role includes (but not limited to);

• Review, translate & detail the architectural drawings relating to works required,

• Attend to and inspect site in order to accurately measure works based on architectural drawings/plans,
• Hand draw preliminary sketches and document measurements using appropriate tools (Proliner measuring tool, tape measure, etc...),
• Prepare professional & detailed scale drawings (based on site measure) using autoCAD and other IT programs,
• Client Liaison,
• Selecting, inspecting/reviewing & estimating material required for works,
• Examine relevant Acts, Regulations, Codes, Standards, and By-Laws in the course of undertaken measuring and drawing.

This position will suit a candidate with:

• 24 months experience in the position or position/s similar to the above roles.
• Experience using Proliner measuring tool (would be prime candidate),
• Drivers Licence (compulsory),
• On-site experience (preferred),
• Able to work between the hours of 7.00am to 3.30pm (Monday to Friday) and flexible with Saturday work,
• Excellent computer skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,
• Attention to detail,
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Interactive personality, helpful and courteous,
• Ability to adapt & learn.

In return, the company will reward you with growth, training and development along with a starting hourly rate between $25 to $35 per hour (depending on experience) plus superannuation.
