This boutique and dynamic architectural studio provide strategic development advice in addition to high-quality design services. They create beautiful spaces that appeal to end-users who seek quality and innovation. The studio draws on the wide-ranging experience of its leadership team, with previous experience ranging from small historic Sydney practices through to Tier 1 international development companies.

We are recruiting on behalf of this boutique architectural studio for an Architect to be based in their Sydney office in Redfern. They are looking for someone who embraces collaborative thinking and is able to adhere to their way of working - clear communication, professionalism, and transparency.

They are looking for someone who is not afraid to think outside the box and research new methodologies in design, documentation, and construction.

• Work within an established team to deliver projects
• Hit the ground running and work independently and collaboratively
• Produce detailed documentation for tender and construction
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations
• Adhere to project budgets and timelines
• Execute the design process so that the design intent can be achieved, and client expectations are exceeded

• Passion for design and architecture
• Relevant degree in Architecture
• In-studio Revit experience
• Good knowledge of Construction Documentation
• Experience in mixed-use & multi-residential projects (30-100 unit developments)
• Creative approach to design development
• Good working knowledge of BCA, other relevant Australian Standards, and Council codes
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all key stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
