JOB DESCRIPTION

Estimator – Precast Concrete

A precast concrete company based on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an intermediate to senior CA / Estimator with commercial project experience to become part of their growing team. The successful Estimator will have previous experience in the building and construction industry.


The Role:
  • Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
  • Interpret the scope of works provided by consultants
  • Write scope of works documents when required
  • Work in conjunction with supervisors to achieve set budgets
  • Liaise with & engage sub-contractors during the quotation stage

The Person:
  • Previous estimating experience on commercial projects
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • Sound knowledge of the building & construction industry
  • Must have experience in concrete construction (Concreting, Formwork, Tilt Panels)
