Our client is an established Head Contractor that is overlooking a broad range of projects in Retail, Education, Tourism, Fitout and Refurbishment sectors up to $10Mil across Brisbane and surrounds. They are currently going through a growth phase and require a skilled Site Manager to hit the ground running.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Full Management of site trades and subcontractors
• Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
• Strong understandings and knowledge of building regulations
• Implementation of OH&S policies 
• Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications 
• Assisting the Project team with project reporting
• Assisting with scope of works formation
• Programme formation and implantation
• Client liaison
• Maintenance of site diary

• 5+ years supervising/ site managing
• Delivering projects within Retails, Education, Health & or Tourism up to $10Mil
• Cert IV in Construction or Similar
• QBCC Licenced
• Commercially Savvy
• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
• The ability to work to and meet deadlines
• Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
• Exceptional rapport building and key stakeholder liaison skills
• Team player with a can-do attitude that is driven to succeed
