ROLE DESCRIPTION
About the role:
IREAUS Construction is a leading WA builder company based in the CBD. Our construction projects range from retail and residential, to complex industrial complexes and prestigious spaces. We plan efficiently, work persistently, and price our projects responsibly.
We are currently looking for a Carpenter Apprentice to join our team on a full-time basis.
About you:
Demonstrates a genuine interest in the industry
Committed to completing your 4-year Certificate III in Carpentry and Joinery
Willing to learn and take direction
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Good communication and interpersonal skills
WA C Class Divers License
Duties include but are not excluded to:
Following blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients
Installing structures and fixtures, such as windows frames, floorings, and trims
Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials
Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
Removing damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand tools
Complying with OHS policies and procedures
Assisting the tradesmen in day to day tasks.
