TILER WANTED FOR HOUSING MAINTENANCE WORK

Position: WALL AND FLOOR TILER

Annual Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00

· Strong organisational and communication skills

· High attention to detail and record keeping

· Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

· Ability to carry out a wide range of activities within your respective trade. Additional experience / skills in brick work / rendering / concreting will be favourable

· 5 plus years post trade experience

· Calculate the quantity of materials needed for the job by taking measurements and / or by reading / interpreting job specifications or drawings

· Commitment and dedication to performing high quality work

· Ability to effectively utilise electronic communication and devices

The following qualifications & certifications are required:

- Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling

- C Class Manual Drivers Licence

- White Card

- Police Clearance

Additional qualifications, certifications & skills that will be looked at favourably are:

- Working at Heights Training

- First Aid

- High Risk Work (EWP / Boom Lift)

- Confined Spaces

Vehicle supplied, however the ideal candidate will provide their own tools.

All candidates must supply a valid National Police Clearance if successful to interview stage.
