About the company; 
Our client is a national contractor who specializes in the construction, service, and development of commercial HVAC, chillers, and plant rooms. 
Due to growth and an increase in projects they are now seeking an experienced HVAC/ Building services engineer to join their design and projects team.
 
 
 
Day to day duties but not limited to; 

• Design and design of medium to large commercial HVAC projects 
• Assisting the projects team on-site and with variations
• Liaising with external design consultancies for diagrams and drafting
• Using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft projects 
• Working with tier one and two construction and facilities management contractors for upgrades and construction work
• Ensuring all design and scope of engineering is delivered on time and with-in Australian standards 

Selection Criteria; 

• Mechanical Engineering Degree
• Strong experience with-in building services
• Strong time management 
• RPEQ Memeber 
• Strong communication skills
• Experienced with AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong understanding of heat load calculation and mechanical design
