Our client is a leading Demolition and excavation company that have grown to be one of the most dynamic and progressive Demolition Companies in Australia. Some of these major projects include Excavation, Residential Demolition, Commercial, High rise demolition and Deconstruction

 Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Demolition Estimator to join their commercial team. Working predominately on Residential & Commercial Properties around the Sydney area, the role entails:

• Attending site visits to determine scope of work for various demolition projects
• Performing accurate engineering quantity take-offs
• Providing analytical reports upon completion of projects, including building weight analysis
• Participation in client meetings to market our services, review demolition plans and work schedules and negotiate contract terms when necessary
• Managing full life cycle of project estimation, from specification review to results follow-up with individual clients

 Our client is ideally seeking an individual who has worked within the Demolition sector and has:

• A solid knowledge of the market
• Must have great communication skills
• Have the right to work in Australia
• The Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
• Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills, with focus on precise attention to detail and technical writing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
