Tidal Marine & Co is an Australian family owned and operated business, located in Perth, specialising in custom boat builds of 24ft and 21ft, and repair work. We are seeking a passionate, and dedicated qualified or experienced boat builder to join our team and growing business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Qualified or experienced fibreglass laminator / composite technician / boat builder with technical skills and practical knowledge.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and pride in workmanship.
Attention to detail with high quality output.
Competent in the use of power tools.
Strong knowledge in fibreglass products and finishes.
Ability to follow instructions and work within a team environment.
Experience in boat repairs, rebuilds and maintenance is desirable although not essential.
Experience with surface finishes, sanding and polishing desirable although not essential.
Experience with new boat builds is desirable although not essential.
