Through repeat clients and word of mouth alone, Waeger have experienced recent growth and are looking for a Precast Manager to lead their production and special projects team.
 
The Opportunity!

• You will be a key member of the leadership team overseeing the precast production onsite in Rutherford
• Project focussed, you will manage a multiple project simultaneously including overseeing procurement, site trades and scheduling
• Stay local, you will be office based with only occasional travel, you can spend more time with the family
• Report directly to the Managing Director and be supported and encouraged to grow your role

You!

• You must be a qualified Civil Engineer with experience in project management
• This role is about people, you must have experience managing and mentoring a team
• Experience in formwork and/or precast is essential
