Toll Group have an exciting new role available on a 2/1 fulltime roster based locally at our Kewdale site. This role requires a reliable Auto Electrician with excellent diagnostic skills and heavy-duty road transport equipment.
Pay rate of $49.99ph, superannuation paid at 12.5%.
The roster consists of 7 days on, 7 nights on and 7 days off. Start times 0600 until 1800 days & 1800 until 0600 on nights, FIFO roster with no flying.
Qualifications Required:
- Appropriate trade qualification - Cert 3 Auto Electrician
- Minimum three years' post trade experience
- DGSC
- Minimum C Class Licence
- ARC Licence
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Ability to diagnose faults safely, competently and efficiently in a timely manner
- Strong technical knowledge of company owned fleet assets
- Strong understanding of statutory requirements (including but not limited to: DPI, MRD, and Worksafe & DMP)
- Adherence to HSE policies, practices, and procedures
- Maintain and repair Toll assets to Toll, OEM, industry and statutory requirements and standards
- Competent use of testing equipment, hand tools and workshop equipment
- Ability to develop knowledge from online, workplace, OEM and trades manuals
- Experience in heavy transport industry
- Undertake minor welding and/or fabrication tasks as directed
- Undertake electrical repairs as directed
- An understanding of statutory requirements of DG road transport requirements

These roles are full time and an immediate start.
