We are looking for a Site Manager to manage and co-ordinate the on-site day to day delivery of our Projects. You must share our commitment to deliver Projects On time, on Budget and Safely.

Qualifications

• Experience as a site manager in a construction environment desirable
• Diploma Project Management and Trade Qualified Preferred
• General OH&S induction to Building and Construction Industry

Experience

• Experience in the delivery of contracts for HVAC, Electrical and Mechanical services using both direct work force and subcontractors 
• Experience in managing, monitoring and evaluating the performance of the direct work force and subcontractors
• Experience in the on-site delivery of planned construction activities and maintenance works
• Technical and commercial competencies in commercial building
• Knowledge of Work Cover and OHS regulations

Expertise, Personal Skills & Knowledge

• Proven ability to plan and prioritise own work in a time efficient and effective manner
• Excellent time management skills
• Computer skills for site reporting WMS/security systems
• Experience in the commercial building industry
• Ability to use cost effective materials.
• Provide feedback and report on Projects
• Full understanding of OH&S regulations.
• Familiarity and understanding of commercial building statutory obligations, codes of practice and Building code of Australia.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience with quality systems
• General trade capabilities around performance management asset items
• Provide quality supervision for sub-contractors
