6 Month Contract / Possibility for Extension / FIFO 5/2,4/3 / Immediate Start

Your new company
A world renowned mine company requires a Draftsperson Mechanical/Electrical to join their team on an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension for the right candidate. This role is for an immediate start working a rotating roster (5/2,4/3) flying out of Perth.

Your new role

• The role will support in particular the maintenance and projects functions on site.
• Drafting will entail updating red-lined drawings, design work, as building and overseeing external drawing providers for quality and compliance.
• This role is for any of Electrical, Control Systems, Pipe & Instrument Diagrams, Process, Piping, Mechanical, Structural or Civil drafting.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3D modelling (Mechanical / Structural).
• Conceptual, design and detail drafting with meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards for industrial and mining applications.
• Familiar with MicroStation Drafting software, CADConform experience a bonus.
• Good organisational skills.
• Good analytical skills for a high level of problem solving and sharing of solutions.
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive hourly rate with superannuation paid on all hours. This is initially a 6 month contract with the strong possibility of extension for the right candidate.
