You will be joining a high performing, collaborative and successful estimating team who have a strong emphasis in rewarding hard work, promoting within and empowering their employees to step outside their comfort zone and excel within the business.

Description

• Operate in a key role in the tender and estimation team
• Cost Planning and liaising with the operations team when required
• Awareness of construction techniques and different methodologies
• Nourish and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and affiliated authorities
• Working closely with the estimating team and individually when required
• Pricing and tendering for a variety of civil projects in transport, water, infrastructure and structures

Profile

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction
• Proven track record in pricing and winning civil construction projects in VIC
• Australian working rights are essential
• Comfortable in a team and individual environment
• Self-driven and ambitious mindset
