JOB DESCRIPTION
Landmark Inspections is seeking a suitability qualified registered building practitioner to join our team as a quality assurance inspection on new residential building projects across the Western Suburbs of Melbourne and Geelong region.
The applicant must have extensive experience across all stages of construction in residential building including a minimum of 15 years experience. Additionally, you will possess the following
- VBA Builders licence
- Drivers licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Competency in plan reading
- ideally report writing experience
- Current police check
- Approachable attitude with good verbal and writing skills
This position is currently part time of 2-3 days a week with the potential to go full time in near future.
