Innovative leading brand with a good reputation in safety and are specialists within the residential construction industry. They are looking for a Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager looking to step up and manage several crews within the branch. There are a couple of locations available.

The Role

Ensuring crews are performing to the kpis, which are safety compliance focussed. And assisting crews with technical queries as well as training and mentoring staff.

Duties

• Responsible for achieving kpis
• Training and mentoring staff and ensuring they meet their kpis
• Adhering to WHS requirements
• Reporting, audits and compliance
• Problem solve to find the best solution

Skills and Experience

• Able to build rapport, provide leadership and mentor staff
• Highly customer service focussed
• Focussed on providing a positive culture
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be able to work to deadlines
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Be able to provide structure and grow the team to success
• Good computer skills
