The Production & Treatment Alliance will see SUEZ bring our specialist capabilities and global expertise to support SA Water in delivering trusted water services. Over the next five years, our partnership with SA Water will encompass five water treatment plants and five wastewater treatment plants in metropolitan Adelaide, along with the network water and wastewater pump stations.

Who are we looking for?

You will ideally bring with you the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Tertiary or Post Trade qualifications in an engineering discipline related to Automation or Instrumentation and Control Systems
• Competencies gained through substantial experience in technical development and management of process control.
• Modern PLC programming experience with high level programming platform complying with IEC 6113-3.
• Experience with Rockwell RS Logix 500 and 5000 and Schneider Unity would be highly regarded
• Experience with SCADA platforms particularly iFIX and other systems such as Citect SCADA would be highly regarded.
• Experience in the water industry would be an additional benefit

What will you be doing?

As part of the Innovation and Improvement organisation, the purpose of the Industrial Control Systems (ICS) is to deliver Automation/Telemetry services to the ASD P&T Alliance and manage external System. Integrators and Vendors and liaise with SA Water SCADA staff.

The ICS Engineer also ensures the optimisation of the Automation and Control environments for various factors such as cost, efficiency, performance, reliability, and customer needs.
