My key client are looking to take on a Documentation Architect, to work across Residential & Hotel projects

About the Company:

This opportunity is with an Architecture practice with an excellent market reputation which works on projects locally and interstate. The company has a professional approach to design and is innovative in its design approach.

About the role:

• The ideal person will focus on the delivery end
• You will be the main liaison between the practice and the client
• You will also be responsible for contract administration
• You will lead a team to prepare documentation packages
• You could be running 1-2 projects at different stages at one time
• You will write detailed reports

Skills & Experience:

• 7 years post graduate experience
• Coordination skills, client liaison and solid construction documentation and detailing
• Experience gained in Multi-Residential & Hotel projects
• Proficient in Revit
• Ideally registered or working towards registration
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Good understanding of BCA, and applicable Australian Standards and codes
• Local experience and local education a must
• Must be an Australia Citizen (working on government projects)
