Michael Page Property and Construction are currently recruiting a Site Supervisor for a custom residential builder specialising in builds in the $1-3m range. This role would involve supervising 5-10 projects concurrently.

Our client is a custom residential builder who operate across the Greater Brisbane area. They pride themselves in their quality of workmanship as well as the way they conduct themselves throughout the whole build process. They are looking to find a highly professional Site Supervisor with experience delivering projects in the $1-5m range.

Description

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing trades to ensure workmanship is of first class standard
• Liaising with clients (home-owners) to ensure excellent user experience
• Managing 5-10 projects concurrently
• Ensuring quality and safety checks and paperwork are appropriately completed

Profile

Selection criteria will include:

• Trade background (carpentry)
• QBCC Site Supervisor licence
• High level of computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
