They deliver both D and C and Build only projects ranging in value from $1-10m. Projects are typically commercial, industrial and petroleum although they also deliver retail, day care and education projects.

Our client is a well established and financially secure mid-tier builder based in Brisbane. 2021 has started off well and they are now looking to add a long term Site Foreman/Site Manager to their ranks. This builder are very values focused and they are looking for a Site Foreman who looks to foster positive relationships with subbies and clients alike.

Description

Key responsibilities will include:

• Pre-start meetings and toolbox talks
• Quality control
• Managing and coordinating trades including safety management
• 2 week look aheads

Profile

Selection criteria will include:

• QBCC Site Supervisor licence
• Trade background
• Good level of computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills

Job Offer

On offer:

• A competitive salary, expected to be in the $120-140k + super range
• An immediate start is available although they are happy to wait up to 4 week's notice for a suitable candidate
