Position Description

Our client is a small civil engineering consultancy currently seeking a technical or business administration trainee. If you are interested in civil engineering / design drafting, this is a great opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job experience with the employer offering mentoring and professional development.

This is a part time role approximately 20 to 25 hours per week, with flexibility for the right person.

Based in Boonah we are seeking a motivated and reliable person looking to gain practical on-the-job experience while obtaining a Cert III in Engineering Technician or Cert III in Business Administration.

The main duties of this role will be:
- Assist with project administrative work
- General office duties: including filing, data entry, taking calls, assisting in marketing including social media, post
- Collection and delivery of mail.
- Ensuring the office is kept well presented.

The ideal applicant will be:
- technically minded and organised
- Have a great eye for detail.
- You will be well presented,
- A good communicator both oral and written
- Must be computer competent at an intermediate to advanced level.

You must meet the eligibility criteria to complete this traineeship.
