About the Role:

We're looking for a tech savvy estimating guru to come on board and work in an exciting new team! You'll be carrying out estimating inspections and scoping duties from the office facilitated by Virtual Assist software capabilities. The aim of the game is to be customer focused and provide timely solutions to our Clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Work alongside manager to setup new systems and processes
• Liaise with Trades & Customers to explain and complete each quotation 
• Prepare tender/quote packages including detailed Scope of Works & Pricing
• Provide competitive project budgets with labour & material breakdowns
• Determine causation of damage and explain in detailed reporting
• Preparing and submitting tender/quote submissions
• Meet and drive individual performance & service KPIs
• Ensure all quoted work adheres to legislative & WHSE requirements

 Other Skills & Attributes

• Trade background not required, however will be considered as advantage
• Proven Insurance or Estimating background – minimum 2 years
• Excellent organisational & time management skills
• Strong computer skills and able to learn quickly
• Confident & professional phone manner
• Ability to work autonomously and within team environment
• Background in insurance building estimation and/or desktop assessment is highly favourable
