JOB DESCRIPTION
- Must have proficient MYOB skills, and worked in the Construction industry
- Supportive, mature team
- Inner north office location
Due to continued growth, and ensuring that that there is adequate support for the project delivery teams, a new role has been created for an Administrative Team Leader to be based in their inner-north offices.
Responsibilities
Providing leadership and support to a team of two experienced administrators, you will be reporting to an overall Team Administration Manager.
You Will Be Responsible For Providing
- financial/ booking keeping support and reporting using MYOB
- processing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- payrolling, BAS, PAYG and EOFY requirements
- job allocation and roster management
- various administrative support tasks for the delivery team
This role requires the following skills and experience for candidates to be considered:
- Must be highly proficient using MYOB
- Have team leadership/ management experience in a similar environment
- Ideally have exposure to to systems Procore and/or Tradify
- Have worked in/serviced the construction industry
- Be a supportive, collaborative and outcome focused
