Our client operates a very successful division of the broader property business it is part of, which also provides a steady pipeline of work to it. They provide a flexible, balanced and collaborative working environment.

Due to continued growth, and ensuring that that there is adequate support for the project delivery teams, a new role has been created for an Administrative Team Leader to be based in their inner-north offices.


Providing leadership and support to a team of two experienced administrators, you will be reporting to an overall Team Administration Manager.

You Will Be Responsible For Providing
  • financial/ booking keeping support and reporting using MYOB
  • processing accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • payrolling, BAS, PAYG and EOFY requirements
  • job allocation and roster management
  • various administrative support tasks for the delivery team

This role requires the following skills and experience for candidates to be considered:
  • Must be highly proficient using MYOB
  • Have team leadership/ management experience in a similar environment
  • Ideally have exposure to to systems Procore and/or Tradify
  • Have worked in/serviced the construction industry
  • Be a supportive, collaborative and outcome focused
